Shipping

Orders typically ship every Monday and Wednesday by USPS Priority Mail. This is to ensure that your plants will arrive quickly and will not sit in a warehouse over Sundays.

Guarantee

Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good condition. If there are any issues with your plants upon arrival, take photos immediately and send by email to bogman@bogmanplantenstein.com. If the plants were damaged in shipping, they will be replaced or refunded.

Returns

Because these are living plants, there are no returns or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for proper care of these plants. If you need advice or instructions on growing, please check the Grow section or reach out by email.
